Memories Theatre (Business) in Pigeon Forge

SLUM, currently trying to break my lease, this place is not worth the money; they have you sign a 43 page lease agreement stating you cannot sue them (very bad sign). My utility check; $96.30 was cashed for $9,630.00, contacted the police and recovered the money. There was no explanation. There is no fitness room or sauna, those are in disrepair. There is asbestos in the ceiling (health violation told to me by the maintenance worker) water leaks into my apartment from the upstairs deck, they have not fixed it in six months and after repairs the leak is worse (building code violation). The bathroom sink leaks through the sink itself, the kitchen sink leaks from everywhere, the disposal is crudely wired under the sink and not at a junction box, when water leaks on it, it shorts out tripping the breaker (building code violation and safety hazard), fixtures are cheap and glued to the walls, mold is leaching through the paint from previous water leaks and poorly repaired (health code violation), exterior walls are wet and soft from exterior water leaks (building code violation), we have roaches which I have tried to kill, there are rats living in the walls I see their droppings and a hole chewed behind the oven (health code violation), the living room ceiling is bowing more than three inches (structural building code violation and safety hazard). Garbage piles up at the garbage compactor every weekend as they shut it off (no clue why, health code violation). Walls and floors are thin; we can hear everything the neighbors do. There is a crime committed here weekly (spotcrime.com). I sat in the manager’s office several times and listened to ALL tenants complain of the same issue.
